Larger organizations report more structure, but smaller teams often move faster.
A recurring tension in the data is between structure and speed. Larger organizations are more likely to have documented strategies and governance, while smaller teams report faster, less formal adoption. Neither pattern is inherently more mature — a theme the scoring framework is designed to capture.
This is a preliminary finding drawn from an in-progress study. It will be validated against the full dataset before the 2026 report is published.
